Quality assurance

Checked at every stage, not just at the end.

Three inspection points run on every order, regardless of size — from a 200-piece sample run to a full container.

The inspection sequence

Three checkpoints, one standard

Incoming Inspection

Fabric and trims are checked against approved swatches as they arrive on our floor.

In-Line Inspection

Garments are checked as they're cut and sewn, so issues are caught mid-run, not at the end.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

A final inspection and packing audit runs before any carton is sealed for freight.

What we check

Measured against your approved sample — not a general standard.

Your pre-production sample becomes the reference point for every unit that follows. Measurements, stitch density, colour consistency and trims are checked against that sample, not a generic size chart.

  • Measurement checks against the approved sample spec
  • Stitch density and seam strength spot checks
  • Colour consistency across dye lots
  • Trim, label and packaging accuracy before cartons are sealed

SCCI Registered

Registered with the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Multi-Stage Checks

Fabric, in-line and pre-shipment inspection points.

Documented Process

Every stage recorded against your order number.

Consistent Sizing

Graded specs checked against approved sample measurements.

A note on registration

SCCI registration, plainly stated

Elevatex International is registered with the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI), the regional trade body for exporters based in Sialkot. This reflects our standing as a registered exporter in the region — it isn't an international product certification, and we won't present it as one. If your buyers require a specific compliance certification for their market, tell us early and we'll confirm whether it's achievable for your order.

Questions on compliance?

Ask before you order, not after.

Send your compliance requirements alongside your product list — we'll tell you plainly what we can and can't support.
